CE Activity Co-SponsorshipCo-Sponsorship of Continuing Education (CE) ActivitiesCo-sponsorship events must meet ASHA's Requirement #3: Transparency in Course Planning, Delivery, Marketing. The focus of all events must be scientific and professional education, not product or service promotion. The organization offering the activity must obtain disclosure forms from all planners and presenters and properly disclose financial and In-kind support in promotional material. In addition proper disclosure(s) must be stated during the event. Please contact the WSHA office as soon as you begin planning your event so we can assist you with the necessary ASHA requirements. Required documents must be received by the WSHA office no later than 90 days prior to the event. Please note the ASHA fee for co-sponsored activities will be increasing to $400 for events submitted to ASHA on or after January 1, 2021. Policy
